- AFTERSALE SERVICE:
- The MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) between the Company and Customer along with the land documents will be delivered to the customer from the date of booking
- Customer has the option to pay 25%, 50% or 100% of the total payment. Once the payment is processed & released, notary & franking process are initiated and the legalized MOU would be done and returned back to them within 7 working days along with allotment letter
- Sale agreement includes the payment schedule of second party, rights of the purchaser along with UDS and expenses to be borne by the Purchaser
- This will be a clear proof as to how much property belongs to you as well as about the UDS (Undivided Share of Land). To ensure that the UDS will safely remain in your possession even if something goes wrong in the future.
- CRYSTAL CLEAR DOCUMENTS:
- Land document includes the EC (Encumbrance Certificate), RTC & Sale deed
- Other legal documents that include the sale agreement, construction agreement & absolute sale deed would be made available in due course of time
- The allotment letter would include details about your booking like the flat number, total area of flat, facing direction and which floor the flat is in.
